How Communities Are Selected

Communities earn inclusion within Sage Select Communities through ongoing evaluation and relationship building. The Sage Senior Network team considers factors including care quality, staffing support, resident experience, cleanliness, dining services, lifestyle programming, and family feedback. We do our best to visit each home that we have a referral agreement with before we tour a family.

Our approach is also guided by Washington State’s Elder and Vulnerable Adult Referral Agency Act (RCW 18.330), reinforcing our commitment to ethical practices, transparency, and protecting the interests of the seniors and families who trust us with their care journey.
